Plain English Booking Summary

Before booking, here’s what you need to know in simple terms.

We deliver Emergency First Aid at Work training using a blended online model. This combines structured online learning with a live instructor-led practical session via video platform.

We are confident that our course meets current HSE guidance for Emergency First Aid at Work. However, it is your responsibility (or your employer’s responsibility) to decide whether this format is suitable for your workplace and risk assessment requirements.

If you are unsure, we recommend reviewing the relevant HSE guidance (L74 and GEIS3) before booking.

What your course includes

Your qualification includes:

  • Online learning materials
  • An online assessment (pass mark 80%)
  • A live instructor-led session
  • A practical competence assessment

All elements must be successfully completed before a certificate can be issued.

No Pass, No Pay

We operate a “No Pass, No Pay” approach.

If you complete the course and engage in good faith but do not achieve competence, we will work with you. This may include remedial opportunities, reattendance, or (where appropriate) a refund.

This policy does not apply to repeated non-attendance or lack of engagement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before your live session → free reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in a rebooking fee (up to £25).

We aim to be fair and reasonable in all situations.

Online Learning

The online module must be completed before certification is issued.

We strongly recommend completing the online learning before attending your live session to give yourself the best chance of success.

Our Commitment

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative date or a refund.
